SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

1. Scope

This Shipping and Delivery Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms on which Arjun Nirvana Honey Farms, trading as Coorgam Naturals (hereinafter “we”, “us”, or “the Company”), dispatches and delivers products ordered through our Website at www.coorgamnaturals.com to customers across India. This Policy forms part of and is to be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions.

By placing an order on the Website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out herein. We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time, and the Policy prevailing at the time of your order shall apply to that order.

2. Delivery Coverage

We currently offer pan-India delivery to serviceable PIN codes across India. Delivery serviceability is subject to the availability of our logistics partners at the PIN code of your delivery address. Where a PIN code is not serviceable, you will be notified at the time of checkout or order placement.

We do not presently offer international shipping. All orders must have a delivery address within India.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed on business days, which exclude Sundays and public holidays as applicable in Telangana. The order processing timeline is as follows:

  • Orders placed before 12:00 noon on a business day are typically processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 noon or on a non-business day are typically processed on the next business day.
  • Processing includes verification of payment, quality check of the product, and preparation for dispatch.

We endeavour to dispatch all confirmed orders within one (1) to two (2) business days of order placement, subject to product availability and payment confirmation from Razorpay.

4. Estimated Delivery Timelines

The estimated delivery timelines, from the date of dispatch, are as follows:

  • Hyderabad and Secunderabad (Telangana): 1 – 2 business days
  • Other cities and towns in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh: 2 – 4 business days
  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 3 – 5 business days
  • Other cities and towns across India: 4 – 7 business days
  • Remote, hilly, or difficult-to-access locations: 7 – 12 business days

The above timelines are estimates only and not guarantees. Actual delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control including weather conditions, courier network capacity, strikes, natural calamities, force majeure events, or festive season volumes. We shall not be held liable for delays caused by such circumstances.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are determined as follows:

  • Orders with a total cart value of Rs. 499/- (Rupees Four Hundred and Ninety-Nine) and above: Free shipping.
  • Orders below Rs. 499/-: A flat shipping charge shall be displayed at the time of checkout and added to the order total.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable except in cases where the non-delivery is attributable to our error or that of our logistics partner, and such error is established to our satisfaction.

6. Logistics Partners

We engage reputed third-party logistics and courier service providers for the dispatch and delivery of orders. The selection of logistics partner is at our sole discretion and may vary depending on the delivery location, weight and dimensions of the order, and availability of the partner at the relevant time. We do not provide any guarantee regarding the service standards of our logistics partners and shall not be vicariously liable for any loss, damage, delay, or misconduct attributable solely to the logistics partner.

Tracking information, where available, shall be shared with you by email or WhatsApp upon dispatch of your order.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our logistics partners will make a reasonable number of delivery attempts, typically up to three (3). If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient being unavailable, an incorrect or incomplete address, or refusal to accept delivery, the following shall apply:

  • You will be notified by the logistics partner or by us.
  • A re-delivery attempt may be scheduled at a mutually convenient time.
  • If delivery ultimately fails due to reasons attributable to you (including unavailability, wrong address, or refusal), re-delivery charges may apply, and we reserve the right to treat the order as completed without liability for non-delivery.

You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate, complete, and accessible during the estimated delivery window. We shall not be responsible for non-delivery arising from incorrect or insufficient address information provided by you.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packaging

Our products are packed in tamper-evident, leak-resistant packaging to ensure integrity in transit. If you receive a parcel with visibly damaged, tampered, or leaking packaging, you are advised to:

  • Document the condition of the packaging by taking photographs before opening.
  • Notify us immediately, within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt, at the contact details provided below, with the photographs attached.

Claims for damage in transit not reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery shall not ordinarily be entertained, as we may not be able to pursue a valid claim with the logistics partner after that period.

9. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not been delivered within the outer estimated timeline applicable to your PIN code, and the tracking information indicates no movement, please contact us at the details provided in Clause 11 below. We will raise the matter with our logistics partner and endeavour to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

In the event a shipment is confirmed lost by the logistics partner, we will, at your option, either re-dispatch the order (subject to availability) or refund the full amount paid by you for that order, including any shipping charges paid.

10. Unserviceable PIN Codes

We shall not be liable where delivery is not possible due to a PIN code being outside our logistics network, government restrictions on movement, or any regulatory prohibition on transport of the product to a particular area. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund.
